The Ruff Weather Pet Door is Ideal Pet's premier all-weather, all-seasons, energy-efficient pet door. The two-flap design creates an air pocket between the flaps, providing natural insulation and energy efficiency. Each vinyl flap features a floating magnetic closure mechanism to ensure a tight seal and restrict drafts. It includes an energy-efficient foam-molded plastic frame, weather seal gasket, and nylon pile for added insulation. The Ruff Weather pet door is designed for installation into a 3/4 to 1-3/4 exterior door, but the optional wall kit (sold separately) can convert it into a wall-mounted pet door. The medium-sized 7 1/4 x 13 flaps make this door ideal for large cats and small dogs. Like all Ideal Pet products, it is backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
